This is Samara. I am writing this for Ray because his vision simply sucks. The brain tumor (glioblastoma) that Ray was diagnosed with happened to affect the occipital lobe/vision center of his brain. He has lost his peripheral vison to the left in both eyes and it has also affected his central vison.

The good news is he had brain surgery on August 9th, has gone through 33 radiation treatments, is currently taking chemo pills at home 5 days a month, and 3 MRI's later, as well as numerous labs, everything has all come back normal!

We still have a long way to go. but his attitude remains good/positive.

We thank you for all your support and concern!

We will beat this!

Sincerely,

Samara and Ray

P.S. We miss watching the horses and working in Excel, too!!!

That's great news! So happy to hear this! Thanks for the update.

Samara, thank you for the update and it is great to know that all the tests are "normal'. Let Ray know that he has prayers and good thoughts for him on a daily basis from us here in the bluegrass state.
